Frontline Management Celebrates Excellence Award Winners at Annual Leadership Meeting in Black Hawk, Colorado

Frontline Management proudly announced the winners of its 2024 Excellence Awards during the organization’s annual leadership meeting held April 1–4, 2025, in Black Hawk,Colorado. Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, Sales Leaders from across the Frontline network and key members of the Frontline Management team gathered to celebrate outstanding achievements and recognize the individuals and teams who exemplify Frontline’s commitment to excellence in skilled nursing, rehabilitation and senior living.

Five awards were presented to honor exceptional performance across Frontline’s five pillars of excellence: Finance, Quality Care, CustomerService, People, and Growth. The following leaders and communities were recognized:

·     Finance Excellence: Marc Riley and the team atGarden Valley Retirement Village – Garden City, KS

·     Growth in Senior Living: Tammy Dubla and the team at Villa Pueblo Senior Living – Pueblo, CO

·     People: Sherri Weber and the Grace Manor team –Burlington, CO

·     Customer Service: Tomisha Jordan and theWinfield Senior Living team – Winfield, KS

·     Quality Care and Growth in Skilled Nursing:Julian Hazlett and the team at The Peaks Care Center – Longmont, CO

Each awardee was selected based on measurable success, dedication to service, and their embodiment of Frontline’s mission to enrich the lives of those we serve. Bob Jones, President and COO of FrontlineManagement, remarked on the significance of these recognitions: “These awards represent more than just achievements—they reflect the heart, grit, and vision of our leaders and teams.
